I was playing a game this week and one of the trivia questions was : WHAT IS THE NUMBER ONE EMOTION DURING THE HOLIDAYS?
It was ANXIETY …. BOO!!
Why are we anxious and stressed? Is it really family, buying crap we don’t need with money we don’t have?? What’s your stressor?
Stop losing confidence to these 5 daily habits this week…. Hint they are NOT one of my 6 fit habits but sneaky little habits that we do often as people pleasers 🛑
I RARELY say don’t give. But we are going to stop giving away our confidence and peace.
Here are 5 habits that steal your power that I want to work on this week with you:
1️⃣ Overexplaining yourself.
"No" is a complete sentence. No explanation needed. ✅
2️⃣ Weak language.
Stop saying "I think this could work."
Start saying "Let's move forward with this."
Your words shape how people see you.
3️⃣ Apologizing for things that aren't your fault.
Save your apologies for when you actually did something wrong.
Otherwise you're training people to see you as the problem.
4️⃣ Taking on more when you're maxed out.
Saying yes when you should say no doesn't make you helpful.
It makes you resentful and burned out.
5️⃣ Spending energy on things that don't light you up.
Your time is your most valuable asset.
Stop pouring it into projects that drain you.
Confidence isn't built by doing more.
It's protected by doing less of what diminishes you. 💯
Which one of these hit home for you? 👇

Apologizing for what I don’t need to & using weak language. I am beginning to understand finally that no one is going to like or respect me for these two self-deprecating habits - they have only made me appear weak & usable/insignificant to others. This makes me resent & even hate others, which I see now is a direct correlation with how I have actually been feeling about myself. I’m ready to move away from this & to love & respect myself! 💝🙏🏼
