Hi friend. It’s just me. I am just spending my days coaching you to enjoy life and feel great, then I blink, school is out and we are making food, headed to a game or honestly dancing around the house. I live a pretty, basic routine by choices but radically blessed and I know it.

I have spent the past 20 years training others, traveling, working with the worlds best mentors and constantly adding onto my education in everything from neuroscience to business financing. Once I pressed through and made my health and living fit a habit, that is now 2nd nature, and the stuff I need to pour into is my husband and daughters…. and helping others believe in their abilities with making good plans. I love what I do, can you tell? All the rest is a bonus!
