Repeating the same message will help you and here's why...



How Many Times Do You Need to Hear a Positive Message to Rewire Your Brain?

Scientifically + behaviorally, it takes:

60–200+ repetitions

of the same message, thought, or affirmation- this is why I’m not moving on from other messages during our workouts because I really want your mind reprogrammed to work for you.

This has everything to do with every result you want in your daily life❤️


And if you’re ready to level up, you’re listening to five minutes of the Self Talk audio on the message you need most.


And I want you to know this so that you can teach this to the people around you …. 60 to 200 times🤯 before the subconscious accepts it as the new script.


This is why motivation fades… next time someone says I’m just not motivated you know why….. but identity work lasts.


✨ WHY SO MANY REPS?

Your brain is wired for survival, not success.

It holds onto old patterns because they feel familiar, even if they’re painful:

  • “I always fail.”

  • “It never works for me.”

  • “I can’t stay consistent.”

  • “I’m bad at weight loss.”

  • “I start strong and fall off.”


Each of these thoughts is a deep neural groove you’ve rehearsed thousands of times.


To override that groove, your brain needs repetition + emotion + consistency of the newmessage:

  • “I am becoming her.”

  • “I am consistent.”

  • “I do what I say I’ll do.”

  • “Healthy is who I am.”

  • “I don’t go back.”

The message is about who you are, not just behavior.


Example:


Not “I want to lose weight.”


But “I am a fit woman who fuels herself well.”


Not “I am so all or nothing.”


But “I am a masterpiece and a work In progress at the same time.”
