Positive mindset even when disaster strikes? Argh... yes, it’s scriptural!
It’s been really rough lately with a sick kiddo again, another 5 hr late night ER visit, and missing work most of this week. It’s been coming at us practically every other week. In my journal, I lamented… I don’t think a positive mindset can help me…. Then the pause…. And God reminded me what our pastor preached about this past Sunday. Paul & Silas were in chains… in prison…. Singing & praising God! And God not only set them free, but used them to save the jailer and his household. Ok, I stand corrected. Next time I start to lose my positive mindset and joy because this is so difficult, I’m going to sing and pray. Sending hugs and prayers to all who are “going through it” right now! 💕
