Please pray for Alysia! Our fit friend has trained with us all 39+ weeks and told me yesterday that she was doing some squats and today she’s in the hospital and having a C-section right now.
I had three C-sections so I’m not worried about the C-section or her recovery because she’s taking excellent care of herself but prayers for the baby and her safety:)
