When you change your self-talk,
you change what you believe about yourself.
When you change what you
believe about yourself,
you change your attitude.
When you change your attitude,
you change your feelings.
When you change your feelings,
you change your actions.
When you change your actions,
you change your results.

I’ve been studying self-talk for the last few months and it’s mind-blowing when you start paying attention to your thought life and you can see the effects of negative self talk on your life, your mental health, and your success.
The Bible warns us about the importance of our thought life many times. (Philippians 4:6-8, Philippians 2:5, 2 Corinthians 10:5, Romans 12:2, 1 Corinthians 14:20)
We must cast down every negative thought/lie that we tell ourselves, and replace it with the truth of who we are in Christ. If you want to have a strong, healthy mindset, start thinking like people with strong, healthy mindsets think.
Think on THESE things!
