I agree with this waiver completely. You (the “Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your participation in life coaching, fitness, and/or any other services provided by Coach Amy Light and/or Fit for Excellence.

This is Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care.

The services offered by Fit For Excellence, LLC and Amy Light are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, including mental health care or therapy.
Amy Light and Fit for Excellence, LLC does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health advice and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions.
If you have or suspect you may have a medical or mental health condition, you are strongly advised to consult with a licensed healthcare professional.

Your participation in coaching, fitness programs, and other services is entirely voluntary. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
You agree to inform Amy Light and Fit for Excellence, LLC of any known physical or mental health conditions prior to participation and understand that failure to disclose such information may increase risks.

You understand that life coaching and fitness programs may involve mental, emotional, or physical exertion. While the Company strives to create a safe and supportive environment, there may be risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, or psychological distress.
By participating, you accept all risks associated with these services and agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being.

Amy Light and Fit for Excellence, LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from its coaching or fitness programs. Your progress and success depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Cancel on your own at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Coach Amy Light, Fit for Excellence LLC, their employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or connected to your participation in the services provided.
This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to injury, illness, loss, or emotional distress.

Amy and Fit value your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding your participation and personal information, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

 

No refunds given on any product or service available on AmyLight.info, in app or anything affiliated with Fit for excellence LLC
